Our office continues to scan and convert paper, microfilm and electronic files into usable digital images. These files are then easily managed in your office within most software environments. Each month we scan hundreds of boxes of paper files and rolls of microfilm into digital images. In addition DFS can convert your existing files from their current platform and import them into your new Microsoft SharePoint site. We can manage your site for you, host it from our Data Centers, train your office staff and also install and maintain the platform if you choose to host it in-house.

Once your data is digitized and uploaded into SharePoint, your office can instantly locate, email, save, print and fax any image or file from your system without ever leaving the desk. Electronic Workflow can be added to make an office as paperless as desired. Business Intelligence can be utilized to deliver critical information instantly. Collaboration of data may be shared with groups inside or outside your organization with proper security measures. SharePoint is fully integrated with Microsoft’s Active Directory to provide security and protection that is required in most organizations.
